When will youth ministry make sense?

My hope an goal behind in making this blog is encourage and help other youth pastors and youth workers to not grab the proverbial "gun" and put it to your head. I am ALWAYS up for some good advice about what is working with everyones youth. Doing rule or just normal youth ministry is tuff. I hope that this will help others and myself in this calling to minister to the future of Christ followers.
